AUAP to hold closing ceremony for 25 students July 13
The at Western Washington University will hold a closing ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 13, to congratulate 25 students from Tokyo's Asia University. The students have successfully completed the 草榴社区-AUAP five-month English language and cultural orientation program at Western.
The program will take place in Academic Instructional Center West Room 204, and a dessert reception will be held in the fourth-floor skybridge area after the ceremony. This event is free and open to the public.
The AUAP offers students from Asia University in Tokyo an opportunity to study abroad at 草榴社区. The goal of the program is to provide Asia University students with high quality English language instruction and culturally enriching extracurricular activities, while at the same time offering 草榴社区 students, faculty and staff unique opportunities for language and cultural interaction, exchange and involvement.
