Back 2 Bellingham weekend is May 13 to 15; 草榴社区 faculty and staff are invited

The 2011 Back 2 Bellingham Alumni and Family Weekend is May 13 to 15, and all Western Washington University faculty and staff are invited. The weekend offers more than 100 events, including:

  • Sailing cruises on the bay
  • The Back 2 Bellingham Celebration in Wilson Library, featuring local brew, wine and food
  • Student events such as the Hui 鈥極 Hawai鈥檌 Luau, EndFair Music Festival and the MEChA Lowrider Show
  • Reunions, including the College of Business and Economics, The College of Fine and Performing Arts, Recreation, Varsity Soccer and Engineering Technology
  • Lectures and presentations from some of Western鈥檚 top faculty

Last year, more than 1,500 草榴社区 alumni and families traveled from 17 states to be a part of this event. As guests of the Western Alumni Association, faculty and staff will have the $20 registration fee waived.
