Western is excited to once again celebrate in-person commencement on Dec. 11.  We hope you can join us! 

To have the best and safest celebration ceremony possible, we need your help.  Make sure your guests come prepared! 

In addition to regular preparations to join us for a graduation celebration, here are a couple of things to keep in mind: 

• All guests of Western Graduates will require tickets (4 guests per Graduate) 

• All ticketed guests 12 and older will be required to share one of the following to get a wristband for admission to Carver Gym: 

  • Proof of Full COVID-19 Vaccination (see link below for examples of acceptable proof below) or 
  • Negative COVID-19 test from a testing center/site (no home tests will be accepted for this event) dated on or after Dec. 8, 2021. 

• Guests without wristbands will not be allowed inside Carver Gym for the ceremony. 

• Masks required for all attendees over the age of 2 when inside Western buildings.

For fastest vaccine verification, we encourage all guests from Washington State to use  or a similar digital application from the state where you got your vaccine. 

Take a few minutes before Dec. 11 to confirm you are ready to go for the big day!
