Bellingham residents can win free utilities for a month
Bellingham is in the running to win $5 million in the Georgetown University Energy Prize.
As part of the contest, the Bellingham Energy Prize is asking city residents to fill out an energy profile online. As incentive, they're holding drawings in March, April and May to pay winners' energy bills for a month.
