Body Doubling Hours at the Disability Outreach Center
Looking for a place to study during prep week and finals week? Come to the Disability Outreach Center (Wilson Library 165) for quiet body doubling hours during prep week and finals week Mondays - Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Use our new flip cards to indicate if you are looking for a body double. We also have snacks!
Body doubling is a strategy where someone completes tasks in the presence of another person (either in person or virtually) to enhance focus, motivation, and productivity; it can be particularly helpful for some individuals with ADHD and autistic individuals.
The DOC affinity groups, Spoons and Knives & Neuro Space, will continue during prep week starting at 3 p.m. (no affinity groups during finals week). The DOC closes at 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
