The 草榴社区 campus in Bellingham will be a busy place on Friday, Oct. 21 with four large events scheduled throughout the day. Roads to campus and 草榴社区 parking lots will be busier than normal, so visitors and residents alike are encouraged to plan ahead and take alternate forms of transportation to Western if they can.
and state legislators will visit 草榴社区's Harrington Field on the south end of campus to announce the first pieces of a legislative package strengthening reproductive rights in Washington state. The event is planned for 10:30-noon. Visit the Office of the Governor鈥檚 and follow their for any updates and more information.
is back in-person. This is a great opportunity for students to meet with recruiters and hiring managers at major employers. The fair is free for all students and alumni, regardless of majors and class levels. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the MAC Gym in the Wade King Student Recreation Center.
