Celebrate 'Denim Day' April 30 as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Join and the in Red Square on , Wednesday, April 30, from noon to 3 p.m., to raise awareness about the misconceptions around sexual assault. Wear your favorite denim outfit and stop by our table to pick up resources and learn more about this day, the longest-running national sexual violence prevention education campaign.
Wearing denim on Denim Day is a symbolic message that clothing never equals consent. No matter what we are wearing, every one of us deserves to have autonomy over our own bodies and to never experience sexual assault. We are all worthy of love, dignity, and respect.
