Changes announced for campus mail service
Mail Services would like to make some procedural changes in mail collection.
Beginning Jan. 4, please place all outgoing department mail (U.S. Postal and campus mail) inside the blue zippered bag.
If items are too large to fit inside the blue zippered bag, please call x3770 or e-mail Mail.Services@wwu.edu for package/mail pick-up.
Currently, outgoing mail is divided between U.S. Postal mail (placed in the blue zippered bags) and intercampus mail (left loose) in the mail pick-up bin. It is sometimes difficult to tell what mail should go out and which items should stay in the department. Putting all items inside the blue bag clarifies what should be picked up and eliminates the possibility of items left behind.
