Congrats to Western's 'Ride in the Rain Challenge' participants
The month of November once again brought the "Ride in the Rain Challenge" back to campus bicyclists, and Western's peddle-powered enthusiasts responded to the challenge.
To participate in the challenge, local riders sign into the RIRC website, pick a team, and log their rides.
Western's top rider in terms of logged miles for the challenge was Professor of Psychology Ira Hyman, who logged 151 miles in November.
Western's top team was with a combined 666 miles ridden during the challenge; the team is made up of Jillian Trinkaus, James Detke, Madison Marko, Lindsey MacDonald, Steven Vander Staay, Gary Malick, Dane Siegfried, John Thompson, Amy Blom, and Blanche Bybee.
