Construction update: Carver Academic Facility
With the , the Carver renovation project is formally underway. The project includes replacement of the building center section with a three-story addition and wrapping the east and south sides with new structure and glass fenestration. The renovation will address substandard seismic and life safety conditions, replace aging structural, mechanical and electrical systems and creating ADA access to programs and classrooms. Construction is expected to continue until July 2017.
