Costello awarded scholarship to attend national Equity Summit in Detroit
Tim Costello, director of the at Western Washington University, was awarded a full scholarship to attend the fourth national Equity Summit in Detroit from Nov. 8 to 11. The Equity Summit is a policy summit that brings together leaders from diverse sectors of society to share a vision for strong, sustainable and equitable communities. A delegation of 16 Whatcom County members will be attending with support from the Whatcom Community Foundation.
