Don Alper (Canadian-American Studies) makes presentation
Don Alper (Canadian-American Studies) spoke to the Midwest Canada-Relations Committee at the Midwest Legislative Conference in Overland Park, Kansas, on Aug. 9. His presentation was titled "The Border Barometer: Assessing Border Performance and Enhancing the Binational Economy." Alper focused on issues such as trade flows, vehicle traffic and border insfrastructure.
