The 2022 PEBB annual open enrollment ends Tuesday, Nov. 30.

If you are planning to make changes to your medical or dental plan, add or remove a dependent, update your spouse or state-registered domestic partner (SRDP) premium surcharge attestation, or reduce your employee-paid long-term disability (LTD) benefit, remove a dual enrollment issue:

• Log into  to change your plans, remove a dependent, attest to the spouse or SRDP premium surcharge, or reduce or opt out of the employee-paid LTD benefit before 11:59 pm on Tuesday November 30, 2021. Adding a dependent that is not already listed on your account requires a paper form.
• Or, if you can’t use My Account, complete a  form to make your plan changes and add or remove dependents. If you have been asked to reattest to the spouse or SRDP premium surcharge, complete a  and submit to hr.benefits@wwu.edu.
• If you can’t use My Account, and you wish to change your LTD benefit, complete the  form and submit to hr.benefits@wwu.edu.

Forms and any required dependent verification documents must be received no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Or maybe you planned to enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), limited purpose FSA or the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).
