As we all prepare ourselves for the new quarter, your colleagues at the Professional Development Program would once again like to play a supportive role in your growth and development. We have a new schedule of professional development workshops on skills ranging from planning your many projects, to developing greater personal resiliency, to making the most of the Office 365 Suite of tools.

New Trainings and Special offerings

We roll out new trainings and special offerings every quarter. This quarter, please check out the following:

• You will have noticed that we have a new Learning Library to find and register for classes. You can filter your search by using the Type dropdown menu to select by training department. For our program, select HR – Professional Development to see what is currently scheduled.
• A new year often means new goals, and reflecting on how we want to develop and what we want for our careers. We offer two classes expressly on career advancement at Western: , and ; we also offer to help you create your own leadership development plan.
