Human Resources at Western Washington University has announced that they have partnered with , a global leader providing cloud-based unified talent management software. HR would like to thank all those who were involved in the RFP process and attended the vendor demos. Feedback from campus was instrumental in helping select a vendor that will meet Western’s needs.

PageUp will replace the following systems:

• EASE/NOVUS (recruitment/application tracking)
• EPAS (professional staff performance evaluation system) and paper performance evaluation forms
• ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Training Portal (training.wwu.edu)

Over the next few months the Talent Management project team, alongside the partners at PageUp, will be configuring, testing and implementing this new application in two phases:

• Phase One: Recruiting and onboarding (beginning summer 2016)
• Phase Two: Performance and learning management (beginning early 2017)

HR invites the campus community to visit the to learn more about the software and to follow the implementation progress. The project team will also be sharing important updates and information through periodic emails and HR Today postings.
