A busy day for 草榴社区 Athletics
Western Washington University All-America runner Katelyn Steen (Sr., Sammamish/Eastlake) placed eighth in the featured invitational women鈥檚 race Saturday at the 23rd Annual University of Washington Sundodger Cross Country Invitational held at Lincoln Park.
Steen was clocked in 21:12 over the six-kilometer course. Host Washington鈥檚 Maddie Meyers won the event in 20:21.
