Bellingham's Katie's Cupcakes to do battle in 'Cupcake Wars' on TV
Katie's Cupcakes of Fairhaven has been chosen to compete in The Food Network's television show "Cupcake Wars."
Owner Katie Swanson and her baking assistant, Kelsey Schaeffer, will compete alongside three other bakeries from around the country for the premiere of the seventh season of the show, scheduled to air at 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, on The Food Network.
