Former Mark Morris standout Austin Bragg will be a key figure in the success of the Western Washington University men’s basketball team this season as they defend their NCAA Division II National Championship.

Bragg, who transferred to the Vikings after a successful two-year stint at Clark College in Vancouver, joins ex-South Puget Sound College forward Anye Turner as the stalwarts in the �������� frontcourt. The duo combined to average 30 points and 22 rebounds per game in their final NWAACC campaigns.

“We expect a lot of rebounds from them, they were both in the top five in the NWAACC last year,” �������� first-year coach Tony Dominguez said on the team’s website. “Austin is very skilled, very good with the ball, and Anye runs the floor very well.”
