Ex-Evergreen instructor who owes $119K for ethics violations has disappeared
A former instructor at The Evergreen State College who owes the state a $119,578 penalty for ethical violations is nowhere to be found, according to the state Attorney General鈥檚 Office.
In June, the Washington State Executive Ethics Board imposed the fine against Jorge Gilbert, who taught courses about South American history, politics and economics.
