Film: 草榴社区 grad Scott Ballard鈥檚 new film at the Pickford
鈥淎 Standing Still,鈥 an award-winning feature film by Bellingham native and Western Washington University graduate Scott Ballard, will be screened at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at Pickford Film Center, 1318 Bay St. The film was shot in Bellingham; Portland, Ore.; various locations in the Willamette National Forest; and the Oregon Coast.
