Former Western greats headline Bellingham Slam's roster
Bellingham Slam guard Jacob Stevenson may be one of the two longest tenured players on Bellingham's International Basketball League team, but he has plenty in common with the majority of the players who make up the Slam's roster.
Eleven of the top basketball players in Whatcom County gathered at Squalicum High School gym Wednesday night in preparation for the Slam's seventh campaign in franchise history. While the practice marked only a handful of times the Slam has been able to get together, it doesn't mean the group lacks familiarity with one another.
