Community theater can’t go wrong with works by Pulitzer prize-winning New York playwright Neil Simon. Especially if the cast is a talented one.
The current production of Simon’s “Proposals” by the Edmonds Driftwood Players has good actors, a good script and a good focus on the ups and downs shared by a group of people in a story set in the 1950s at a cabin in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
