He was carrying a Pepsi and a laptop and was found in the women鈥檚 bathroom
Western Washington University sent out an alert Monday after a report of a man in the women鈥檚 second floor restroom in the Environmental Studies building.
The report was received at 1:36 p.m., and the witness said the man fled the scene as soon as she saw him in an adjacent lounge within the restroom, according to the alert.
