Higher ed financial aid in peril
Higher education financial aid programs may suffer with or without state cuts, leaving college students with fewer options.
鈥淭hey鈥檙e not decisions any of us would say we want to do. But in the scope of bad decisions, it has the least impact, and that鈥檚 what we鈥檙e trying to do,鈥 Sen. Rodney Tom, D-Bellevue, said at Tuesday鈥檚 meting of the Higher Education and Workforce Development Committee.
