Hill leads 草榴社区 women to victory
Center Sarah Hill posted her first double-double with career highs of 18 points and 16 rebounds, leading Western Washington University to a 78-58 victory over Western Oregon University in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's basketball game Thursday at Western Oregon.
Guard Taylor Peacocke scored a game-high 19 points, 13 in the second half, for the Vikings, who improved to 8-6 overall and 4-2 in GNAC action with their third straight win and fifth in six games. Forward Sydney Donaldson contributed 14 points, making five of six shots, and eight rebounds.
