Hoffman a provisional qualifier in men's hammer
"Western Washington University's Michael Hoffman posted a NCAA Division II provisional national qualifying mark in the men's hammer to lead the Vikings Friday at the 52nd Annual Mt. SAC Relays at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium Track on the campus of Mt. San Antonio College.
Hoffman's throw of 185-4 was a personal best and just under two feet short of the school record."
