Icelandic geologist explains Eyjafjallaj枚kull
The Blaine Icelandic Heritage Society is hosting an Icelandic geologist at Western Washington University at noon on Friday, October 22, in Environmental Studies Room100. Many Icelandic club members and friends will gain firsthand knowledge of Iceland鈥檚 unique geology and volcanic activity during the North American tour of geologist/geographer Kristinn A. Gu冒j贸nsson, who has been closely following the eruption at Eyjafjallaj枚kull.
