Loren Sand named interim executive director for Snohomoish County
Snohomish County Executive John Lovick appointed former Lynnwood city manager Loren Sand to serve as interim executive director, filling Deputy Executive Lenda Crawford鈥檚 former position. Lovick also appointed budget manager Brian Haseleu as acting finance director through the end of the year.
