Men's basketball: Vikings rally from deficit to win
Forward Rory Blanche had 22 points and 10 rebounds and Paul Jones scored all 15 of his points in the second half as nationally ranked Western Washington University defeated Montana State University Billings 98-83 in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference men's basketball contest Thursday, Feb. 25, at Sam Carver Gymnasium on the 草榴社区 campus.
The Vikings completed their regular season 25-4 overall and in first place in the GNAC at 16-2. They were No.14 in this week's National Association of Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll and were No.1in the second NCAA Division II West Region rating released Wednesday.
