Out and About: Bellingham woman's art donation recognized
Marian Boylan, a resident at The Bellingham at the Orchard, received the Washington Health Care Association鈥檚 Silver Spotlight Award Sept. 23. The program recognizes the achievements of assisted living and skilled nursing center residents statewide.
