The Bellingham Herald’s advertising department has new leadership with three staff promotions. Rusty Dodge was named advertising and marketing director by Herald Publisher Mark Owings Jan. 9.

“I'm very pleased that Rusty has accepted the position as advertising director. He has done an outstanding job since joining The Herald in 2003. His knowledge of the community and the market will serve our business partners well,” Owings said.
