Western Washington University announced Tuesday it had received a grant for nearly $450,000, which will be used to study specialized science and math teaching in three Skagit County school districts.
The grant, awarded by the National Science Foundation, will fund a three-year project titled “Every Day, Every Child: A Partnership for Research with Elementary Math and Science Instructional Specialists.”
