‘Sound Culture’ concerts offer experimental music in four events at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø
Sound Culture is a Bellingham organization that promotes such under-represented musical forms as modern chamber music, electronic music, experimental folk and jazz, fringe-pop, and strange hybrids.
Sound Culture works with Western Washington University, Boogie Universal, and other organizations and venues to host the Bellingham Electronic Arts Festival and smaller events year-round, coordinated by Bruce Hamilton.
