Students to moderate candidate forum in Bellingham
There鈥檚 another candidate forum in Bellingham Monday evening 鈥 but this one has a different twist.
It features people running for legislative seats in the 40th and 42nd districts, and is organized by high school students.
鈥淭his forum is a joint partnership between the City of Bellingham and the Ralph Munro Institute for Civic Education, which is housed at the political science department at Western,鈥 said Jen Reidel from the Ralph Munro Institute.
