SVC student chosen for Transforming Lives award
Skagit Valley College student Yadira Rosales is a recipient of the 2015 Transforming Lives award from the Trustees Association of Community and Technical Colleges. The annual award recognizes current community and technical college students and alumni who overcome barriers to their academic goals.
