University Ridge student-housing project gets city鈥檚 green light
A contested proposal for a privately run student-housing project in a residential neighborhood about three miles from Western Washington University has received approval from Bellingham鈥檚 hearing examiner, but with several conditions that could alter some of the developer鈥檚 original plans.
