Western Washington University gets clean audit from state
State auditors found no problems in a recent audit of Western Washington University's accountability and compliance with state laws.
As part of the audit, which covered the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, investigators examined the university's internal controls and policies and procedures in several areas, including safeguarding of assets, payroll, open public meetings and student service and activity fees.
