Western Washington women hold on for win in OT in national quarterfinals
Britt Harris and Corinn Waltrip did not want Western Washington鈥檚 trip to the NCAA Division II Women鈥檚 Elite Eight to turn into a one-and-done appearance.
With possible elimination staring Western in the face, the duo came up with clutch plays when it counted to lead the Vikings to an 80-76 overtime victory over Nova Southeastern (Fla.) in the opening round Tuesday, March 26, at Greehey Arena.
