Whatcom surpasses 100,000 residents starting vaccinations, but case, hospital numbers climb
On the positive side of Monday鈥檚 data release by the , Whatcom County surpassed 100,000 residents initiating a COVID-19 vaccination and nearly 40% of all eligible residents are fully vaccinated.
But the data also showed the county is only a handful of new cases and just two hospitalizations away from failing both criteria for the next evaluation period to remain in Phase 3 of Gov. Jay Inslee鈥檚 .
