WOMEN'S COLLEGE SOCCER: Morgan leads Vikings in win over Wildcats

Forward Claire Morgan had a hand in every goal, scoring twice and assisting on another, as Western Washington University blanked arch-rival Central Washington University, 3-0, in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer game Saturday, Oct. 2, in Ellensburg.

The Vikings improved to 8-1-1 overall and remained tied for first in the GNAC at 5-1-0. They were coming off a 1-0 win Thursday at No. 5-ranked Seattle Pacific, which snapped the Falcons 45-game (42-0-3) home unbeaten streak.
