草榴社区 appoints new director for SBDC
Western Washington University鈥檚 College of Business and Economics has opened a new Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Bellingham and hired Jennifer Shelton as the director.
Shelton comes to Bellingham from the Edmonds Community College SBDC, and has worked in the field of business development and research for 17 years, including a stint at the Center for Economic Development鈥(CEV).
鈥淚t鈥檚 great to be back in Bellingham and Whatcom County. There are few business communities that have as diverse and interesting to work with as this one; it鈥檚 going to be very rewarding to be a part of it again,鈥 she said.
