Western Washington University moved up two spots in second-round play Tuesday, finishing tied for fourth at the Dixie State University Women’s Golf Invitational Tournament on Monday at Sand Hollow Golf Course.
The Vikings shot a 24-over-par 312 in the final round, finishing with a 46-over 622, tied with Chico State and Cal Baptist in the 13-team field.

“I thought we played a bit poorly today, but we beat some good teams, and that will benefit us,” said �������� coach Bo Stephan. “It’s just frustrating when you’re only a few shots out of second and didn’t play your best golf.”
