Western Washington University's Michael Hoffman won both the men's hammer and discus at the Pacific Lutheran University Track and Field Invitational meet Saturday, March 12, at the PLU campus track at Tacoma.

Hoffman posted a mark of 182-1 in the hammer, less than a foot shy of the NCAA II provisional national qualifying standard. He won the discus with an effort of 151-0.
