Learn more about 草榴社区鈥檚 student fees and attend a Services and Activities Fee Committee Meeting
Western Washington University鈥檚 Services and Activities Fees Committee is encouraging students to attend its weekly meetings to learn more about, and participate in, the university鈥檚 fee-allocation process.
The S&A Fee Committee oversees evaluating existing program priorities, proposes the level of S&A fees assessed upon 草榴社区 students and proposes the distribution of S&A Fees among student activities and programs.
Meetings are held weekly on Thursdays, from 3:30-5 p.m., at a location identified in the agenda posted to the S&A Fee committee鈥檚 website prior to each meeting. To attend meetings virtually, students can access a link to the Teams meeting at the top of each meeting agenda.
This year, the S&A Fee Committee will be hearing public comments regarding the departmental budgets on Thursday, April 24, and on the S&A budget determination on Thursday, May 8. For more information, visit the Services and Activities Fee website.

- April 17, VU 567: Departmental budget presentations on student engagement, athletics and recreation.
- April 24, OM 340: Departmental budget presentations on DRAC and Centers, and open public hearing on budgets presented.
- May 1, OM 340: S&A Fee budget determination.
- May 8, OM 340: S&A Fee budget determination including summer and open public comment.
- May 15, OM 340: FY27 S&A fee amount, long-term budget outlook and athletics fee.
