Minor capital project requests to be discussed March 12 at UPRC meeting

A brief review and discussion of minor capital work requests will take place at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, during the University Planning and Resources Council meeting in Old Main Room 340 at Western Washington University.

The group will discuss projects under consideration for the 2015-2017 capital budget. The lists of programmatic and preservation requests can be viewed at . The projets are divided into three categories in each list; those categories are:

  • Category A: Requests with high probability of being prioritized within the overall request level
  • Category B: Requests with low probability of being prioritized within the overall request level
  • Category C: Requests no longer being considered for the 2015-2017 Capital budget minor works request

Along with intermediate-sized and major projects, the minor works requests play a critical part in meeting the university’s strategic plans.
