BELLINGHAM – Mark your calendar for Fall Family Open House weekend, from Friday, Oct. 26 to Sunday, Oct. 28, at Western Washington University.
Fall Family Open House weekend is a great opportunity for family and friends to visit Western and experience a weekend full of activities including:
- Opening reception in the new Miller Hall Collaborative Learning Space
- “Election 2012: A Divided America Prepares to Vote,” an evening talk with Jeffrey Brown, PBS NewsHour Senior Correspondent
- Theatre and music performances including the Liz Gerring Dance Company
- Departmental open houses
- Campus presentations
- Wine and cheese reception featuring a Student Jazz Ensemble
- “ColorMad” exhibit at the Western Gallery
- Nationally recognized “Dead Parrots Society” student improv group
- Raffle to benefit student scholarships
