Dining Services at Western Washington University is holding a few events in celebration of Earth Week April 21 to 24:

Tony’s Coffee Roaster Sampling: From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 21 in the Viking Commons and April 22 in Ridgeway Commons, sample fair-trade coffees from Tony’s Coffee.

Farm to Fork Lunch: From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 23 in Viking Commons, Fairhaven Commons and Ridgeway Commons, enjoy a sustainable menu featuring many local partners.

Weigh the Waste: From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 24 in Viking Commons, Fairhaven Commons and Ridgeway Commons, help Dining Services measure food waste and see how it adds up.
