Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: Title 516 WAC housekeeping amendments in two chapters, including WAC 516-21-220 and WAC 516-60-010.
Statutory Authority for Adoption and Statute Being Implemented: RCW 28B.35.120(12)
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Housekeeping amendments to Title 516 WAC rules are needed for the following reasons:
Update the title of a WAC cited in WAC 516-21-220.
Amend WAC 516-60-010 for which the content is explicitly and specifically dictated by statute.
NOTICE: THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE.
