Parking staffers honored for kindness, commitment

Parking Services staff members Stephanie Scott, Ronni Pottle Olson and Wendy Johnson are the latest to be recognized in the Western Way program for their excellent commitment to Western Washington University.

"As a new employee to 草榴社区 in 2013, I had many interactions with all of them with questions for the multiple events that I was tasked to set up," wrote Carola Williams, program coordinator for the RN-to-BSN program at Western. "All three of these ladies put a lot of effort into educating me, making suggestions to accommodate my requests and going the extra mile for our guests (besides making me feel welcome). They are a team and it shows. I received many comments from our Practice Partners, Allied Health Partners and Palliative Care Initiative members on their great customer service and attitude. This department can be the first impression for many of our guests, and they show a great spirit and the quest for excellence. I am happy to be able to continue to work with them and always know that they will go the extra mile."
