  • If you are adding a dependent/spouse this will require the

  • If you are submitting forms, submit via email to hr.benefits@wwu.edu or to the HR Front desk no later than Wednesday, November 30, 2022. HR Front desk: Humanities room 203.
  • If you do not want to make any changes, no action is needed.

Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP)

  • Visit the  website to enroll for 2023. You will be asked to log in or create an account through  to enroll online, or you can download and complete Navia鈥檚 .
  • Navia Benefits Solutions must receive your enrollment no later than November 30, 2022.
  • You must enroll in an FSA each year you want to participate. Enrollment does not automatically continue from year to year. 
  • You cannot have both a Limited Purpose FSA and a Medical FSA, nor can you have a Medical FSA and be enrolled in a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) with a health savings account (HSA).
